Which course should I start with?

If you are not sure where to begin, start with 7 Days of Mantra Practice. It is the free flagship starting point and gives you a direct experience of mantra, voice, breath and sacred sound.

Are these courses suitable for beginners?

Yes. The courses are designed for beginners as well as people with experience in meditation, mantra, sound healing, Reiki, yoga, energy work or spiritual practice.

Do I need to be religious to take these courses?

No. Some courses include Sanskrit or Tibetan Buddhist mantras and these are approached with respect, but the emphasis is on direct experience, sound, listening, breath, voice and practice.

Are the courses self-paced?

Yes. The courses are online and self-paced, so you can move through them in your own time and return to the practices whenever you need them.

Are these courses a replacement for medical or psychological care?

No. These are spiritual and educational sound healing courses. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis or psychological therapy.
