SoundWave Synergy Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between [The Mind Orchestra] ("Provider") and the Purchasing Entity ("Client"), collectively referred to as "Parties."

Scope of Services:

The Provider agrees to deliver corporate sound healing services ("Services") as detailed on www.themindorchestra.com. These Services are designed for online delivery to enhance the well-being and mental health of the Client's employees.

Refund Policy:

The Client acknowledges that refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, refunds will not be granted.

Service Utilization:

The Client understands that non-utilization of booked online sessions (including non-attendance or non-booking) does not qualify for refunds or serve as grounds for complaints.

Disclaimer of Liability:

The Client agrees that the Provider is not liable for the employees' well-being, nor for any harm, damage, or mental and emotional afflictions that may result from the sessions. This purchase signifies acceptance of this legal disclaimer.

Compliance with UK Laws:

Data Protection: All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Online Safety and Security: While physical health and safety concerns are minimal for online services, the Provider ensures that all online sessions are conducted in a secure and safe digital environment.
Equality Act 2010: Services will adhere to the Equality Act 2010, ensuring no discrimination against participants based on protected characteristics.

Change Management:

Any significant changes to the scope of work, including pricing adjustments, will be subject to a formal change management process, mutually agreed upon by both Parties.

Performance Measurement:

Success of the Services will be evaluated using mutually agreed metrics, such as participation rates and feedback from participants.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By completing the purchase of the Services, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
