1:1 Sound Healing Coaching Services - Purchase Agreement

Agreement Acceptance By ticking the agreement box and completing the purchase of 1:1 Sound Healing Coaching Services ("Coaching Services"), the buyer ("Client") agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy The Client is entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase. To request a cancellation and refund, the Client must contact [email protected] within this period. After 24 hours from the time of purchase, the Coaching Services become non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy is in recognition of the binding nature of the purchase and the reservation of the coach's time and resources​ ​.

Responsibility for Service Utilisation The Client understands and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to schedule and utilise the Coaching Services provided. Failure to make use of, book, or attend sessions does not entitle the Client to a refund, credit, or any form of compensation. This is in alignment with the nature of the service, which involves the allocation of the coach's time and resources specifically for the Client.

Service Details and Expectations The Coaching Services include personalised sound healing sessions, with the number and frequency of sessions as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. The Client is expected to show up on time for scheduled sessions and engage in preparation work or assignments as required. The Client is also responsible for communicating regularly regarding their progress and adhering to the appointment policies, including rescheduling or rearranging sessions with at least 24 hours' notice​ ​.

Payment Terms The Client agrees to the payment terms as outlined at the time of purchase. This includes adherence to any instalment plans or recurring payments if applicable. In the event of payment issues, such as rejected cards or charge-backs, the Client may be subject to late fees or removal from the coaching schedule and program. The no refund policy is in place due to the limited availability and the specific reservation of the coach's time for the Client​ ​.

Client Acknowledgement By proceeding with the purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Purchase Agreement. The Client also understands the commitment involved in this transformative journey and the responsibilities associated with participating in the Coaching Services.
